birdsong Academy, is  the leading Music Education and Music Literacy Program in the Caribbean with more than 1,500 students enrolled since its inception in 2004;  producing more than 420 formally certified musicians (ABRSM, Trinity Guildhall and UWI),  36 Music festival Champions and 22 Scholars at local and international  Universities. Additionally, more than 30 of our former students have been able to start careers   in the various National Service Music Bands (Police, Army and Fire Service).   Your generous gift will directly support us in areas such as infrastructure development, exam fees, tuition and training, instrument acquisition and maintenance, community outreach concerts and performances and other operating cost. Moreover, at birdsong we believe that that music education and music literacy play a fundamental role in the intellectual and social development of children and indeed in the whole society.
